Victoria Division - New For 2011-2012
New venue:

Number of teams:
is up from last year’s 16 to 19. Unfortunately this means that there will be byes in the schedule, but on a more positive note that will free up spares for those teams that need players to fill in once in a while.
Electronic Score Sheet Submission:
Score sheets must be turned in at the Brit Tuesday night after league play, or submitted via our online form, or emailed as a scan. Emails and online submissions must be done on Tuesday night after the match.
Split Season:
Our season will be broken up into two distinct sessions. The majority of VIPL players will not be affected by this at all. Stats, for our league purposes, will be a combination of the two sessions, whereas stas for both CCS and BCAPL will be created separately from their respective sessions.
The first 14-week session starts on September 13, 2011 and runs to December 13, 2011, and will be played as a Canadian Cue Sports #117 (CCS) qualifying league. The second 14-week session starts on December 20, 2011 and runs to March 20, 2012, and will be played as a BCAPL #186 qualifying league.
Team Dues:
We are reverting back to a weekly payment system. The dues for each team are as follows:
1. $50 team registration fee, due September 6, 2011
2. $20 Canadian Cue Sports (CCS) sanction fee for each player on the roster, due September 6, 2011
3. $25 weekly team dues, which should be put in the manilla envelope with the white copy of the scoresheet and turned in at the Britannia Legion after the match.
4. $20 BCAPL sanction fee, due December 20, 2011
Longer Season:
For 2011-12 we have extended the season to 28 weeks. League starts on September 13, 2011 and the last night of play will be March 20, 2012.
Most Improved Player Award:
We have increased the prize for Most Improved Player from $100 to $200
